Shipping Method

International shipment is carried out by Registered Airmail (Postal service).

The number of days for delivery

By the end of 2-3 business days from an order, international dispatch is carried out by International Registered Airmail (Postal service).

International shipping conditions

PROSTY Co., Ltd. of Japan sells the goods you ordered in Pheromone perfume lab, and they internationally dispatch by Airmail (Postal service) from Japan directly to a customer's address. A tax, and a customs duty and other charges may be imposed by the country of the destination of the goods shipped off internationally. The receiver of goods is an importer (Importer of Record) in the country of a receiver's address, and he bears all import duties.

It's limited to personal use. The order by a corporation and a corporate name cannot be accepted. When there are troubles, such as confiscation at the time of import clearance, it is considered as a customer's self-responsibility in principle, and compensation of goods cannot be performed.

Returns & Exchanges

Condition for Returns & Exchanges

Returned goods and exchange on customer convenience cannot be accepted.
When having received a defective product and goods different from your order, please be sure to contact customer service within seven days after goods arrival with a condition of an unopened and unused state. When sending goods back without a prior contact, you cannot get a refund of the price of goods and the shipping cost. Moreover, the goods which has been opened, used and returning goods and exchange of the goods which a crack and dirt produced under the customer cannot be accepted.

Because there is individual difference for feeling on skin type and pheromone perfume, it does not suit your skin type for the rare occasion and an effect which was expected cannot be felt. In that case, we will not be able to accept any returns.

A package may change shape according to the form of import. In addition, about the slight scratch caused at the time of transportation, please pardon us without a problem in a product in itself.

The damage under delivery

When the exterior is damaged at the time of package arrival, open the box and inspect the items inside and if there is no problem, sign the receipt when you receiving the delivery. When contents are damaged, please save the present condition and offer the purport of breakage from a customer to the local post office.

Membership registration

When shopping is completed for the first time in Pheromone Perfume Labo, a member is registered automatically. The member registration fee and the dues are free.
After completing the membership registration, we shall send you e-mail that “Notice of completed member registration” to your registered e-mail address. Please keep your log-in ID (your e-mail address) and password safe.

※ When 5 years pass from your last order, we will automatically delete customer's information in terms of personal information. When using it once again, please register for a new membership.

Change Account Settings

The term of validity of a point

Points are valid for five years after the last purchase day. If you purchase within five years again, it will be extended for five years from there. The points which has disappeared once are not revitalized even if it carries out shopping again after that.
